Nobody on the planet eats more butter than New Zealanders, who consume 26 pounds per person each year. In the United States, however, butter consumption is spread pretty thin - only 4 pounds per year.
This cow was one of the forty or more 'udderly' unique works of art sold at a Live Auction conducted by Christie's on May 21, 2003 at the Adam's Mark Hotel benefitting The American Cancer Society.
