Lhasa is a "Mini-Moo". She is a replica version of the life-size cow and is made of the same high quality fiberglass. She stands approximately 2 feet tall and weighs approximately 10 pounds. Lhasa the Cow is painted in a very bright, shimmering gold and is adorned with delicate, undulating lines that appear at her feet and continue up her body, through her face and taper off around her midsection. She is further adorned with jewels which give this bovine an ornate appearance. Artist Leslie Sitnic, born in Youngstown, Ohio in 1980, has traveled around much of the country and throughout Europe studying art before finally settling in San Antonio amongst friends and family. She has had photographs and paintings exhibited in galleries in Youngstown while she attended school at Youngstown State University.
